The Russian automotive market is set to become the largest market in Europe in the nextyears. After the global financial and economic crisis of 2008/09 the Russian marketrecovered rapidly which is all the more impressive. In 2013/14 the Russian car market is expected to rebound to pre-crisis conditions with 2.8 mio car sales per year. Newinvestments in assembly plants by international brands attract the component suppliers to this sustainable production market.
